Initial Contact: Most of our lovely customers either email or call us for a general chat regarding their wedding. We need to know the date, venue, size/number of guests and first design ideas. We are able to send out our example price list which gives an insight into our pricing structure and how size and level of decoration effect the price.
Consultation: Once a brief discussion has taken place and a guide to pricing given we invite all our couples, should they wish to (as it is not always necessary), to come for a consultation where they can view display cakes, chat cake, work on a bespoke design; discussing colours and any specific elements they wish to include. We go through our flavour menu and how set up on the big day will happen; including stand hire, should they wish to use ours.
Tastings & Menu: Below is our super tasty menu, tried and tested recipes that are guaranteed to wow your guests. We supply taster boxes to all our customers, containing 4 of our most popular flavors. Customers can ‘try before they buy’ with a £10 payment (which is then deducted from their final bill once they book) or in the case of a lot of our customers who want to secure their date with a deposit they automatically get added to the next available mailout.
Desposit: To secure your wedding date with us, we either require a 30% deposit, or if a design is not chosen yet, we take a £100 deposit which then comes off your final bill. Deposits secure your date in our diary, these are non-refundable.
